Certain pre-installed apps on your Pixel 9 Pro Fold can't be removed. Disabling them can free up space and declutter your device, while enabling them returns functionality.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To disable apps:
      1. Tap the preferred app.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         then tap
        Disable App
        .
        If the Disable option isn't available, tap
        Force stop
         then tap
        OK
        .
    • To enable apps:
      1. Tap the
        All apps dropdown
         then select
        Disabled apps
        .
      2. Tap the applicable app then tap
        Enable
        .
