Accessing the admin page for your Orbic® SPEED X 5G lets you configure Wi-Fi or internet settings, update firmware or enhance security.

Before you begin

The Orbic SPEED X 5G admin page lets you configure advanced features and settings that can't be accessed using the touchscreen display on the device.
Establish a Wi-Fi connection between your MiFi and a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). The Wi-Fi name and password can be obtained via the external LED.
If you need help with connecting your computer to Wi-Fi, select the applicable operating system for assistance:

Steps

  1. From the device that's connected to the MiFi, open a web page then enter
    http://my.mobilehotspot
     into the URL address field.
    Alternatively, enter
    http://192.168.1.1
     into the URL address field.
    If the admin page does not appear, ensure you have a Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Click
    Sign In

  3. Enter the admin password then click
    Sign In
    .
    By default the admin and Wi-Fi passwords are the same. To verify via the device's external LED, navigate:

    Admin Website
