Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Security & privacy
    Privacy
    Permissions manager
    .
  3. Tap the permission type to modify (e.g., Microphone, Location, etc.).
  4. From the selected permission, tap any of the available apps (e.g., Messages, My Verizon, etc.) then tap
    Allow
     or
    Don't allow
    .
  5. If turning off a permission, review the message then tap
    Don't allow anyway
     to confirm.
