Clearing cached data and temporary files on your TCL TAB 10 NXTPAPER 5G improves performance and storage. If an app is slow or unresponsive, clearing its cache can help.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To clear Individual app cache:
      1. Navigate:
        Apps
        See all apps
        .
      2. Tap the applicable app then tap
        Storage & cache
        .
      3. Tap
        Clear Cache
        .
    • To clear all cached data:
      1. Tap
        Storage
        .
        If an SD / memory card is inserted, tap
        Internal shared storage
        .
      2. Tap
        Free up space
         then select the applicable apps from the list.
      3. Tap
        Clean MB
         in the lower right.
      4. Tap
        Clear
        .
