Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Accounts
    .
  3. Select the applicable account or email address.
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Turn the available sync settings on or off as preferred.
    To perform a manual sync, tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
     then tap
    Sync now
