Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To clear Individual app cache:
      1. Navigate:
        Apps
        See all apps
        .
      2. Tap the applicable app then tap
        Storage & cache
        .
      3. Tap
        Clear cache
        .
    • To clear all cached data:
      1. Smart Manager
        .
      2. Tap
        Clean up
        .
      3. Tap
        Clean up
         to confirm.
