Re-enable Companion App permissions

Keep your parental filters running smoothly by making sure the Companion app has the right permissions enabled.

Before you begin

To re-enable the Companion app permissions that have been disabled, on the child's device.

Steps

  1. The Home screen displays a banner notification that 'One or more permissions are disabled or broken'.
  2. Tap
    Next step
     to view the disabled/broken permissions.
  3. Tap
    Next step
     to view the permissions page.
  4. Tap on the disabled setting(s) and follow the onscreen instructions to enable.
    Repeat if there is more than one setting disabled.
