Verizon Connected Vehicle app - Update Payment Details

Here's how to update the payment info for your prepaid Connected Car Wi-Fi service via the Connected Vehicle App.
Update Payment Details is only available for Connected Car customers on a prepaid customers.
  1. Open the
    Connected Vehicle App
    .
  2. Tap a vehicle to view details.
  3. From the 'Your payment method' section, tap
    Update your card information
    .
    Update your card information
  4. Enter the new card details and billing address then tap
    Update card information
    .
  5. From the 'Your card was updated successfully' screen, tap
    Done
     to confirm.
