Before you begin

If Visual Voicemail is turned off from the Settings screen, messages and Google transcripts within the app are deleted. Copies still saved in your Verizon voicemail box are not affected.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Voicemail app

  2. To continue, from the Visual Voice Mail welcome screen, review the info then tap
    Continue

  3. To proceed, review and accept the terms and conditions then tap
    Accept
