Keeping contacts updated on your Pixel 8 / 8 Pro ensures you have accurate info when needed, whether adding a new number, updating details or removing old entries.

Add / Edit a Contact

  1. Open the
    Contacts app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To add a contact, tap the
      Add icon
      .
    • To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tap the
      Edit icon
      .
  3. Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap
    Save
    .

Delete a Contact

  1. Open the
    Contacts app
    .
  2. Select the desired contact.
  3. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
     then tap
    Delete
    .
  4. Tap
    Move to Trash
     to confirm.
