  • Samsung provides, at no charge, a one-time reapplication of a factory Protective Film at an authorized Walk-in Service facility or Mail-in Depot within 1 year of the date of purchase. This promo applies to: Customers who buy a qualifying Galaxy Z Flip or Galaxy Z Fold model in the United States from Samsung or its authorized distributors. For additional info, including service locations and device eligibilty, refer to this Samsung support page.
  • Protective Film can be replaced by visiting a Samsung-branded store, any of the 700 plus UBreakIFix/Asurion stores or Best Buy Samsung Authorized repair stores.
    • The device must have the defective Protective Film in place.
      Don't attempt to remove the film as doing so may damage the screen.
    • A Bill of Sale (BOS) or Proof of Purchase (POP) is needed in order to receive a Protective Film replacement.
  • The device can be also shipped to Samsung's mail-in facility (5 to 7-business-day turnaround time).
