Manage RTT Settings

Use RTT to text in real time on calls from your DuraForce PRO 3. This can help with hearing or speech issues or if you prefer typing.

Change RTT Visibility

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
     then tap
    Call settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Real Time Text
     then select from one of the following options:
    • Always visible
    • Visible during call

Make a Call with RTT

  1. Open the
    Phone app
     and make a call.
  2. Once the call connects, tap the
    RTT icon
    .
    If unavailable, swipe the screen to the left then tap the
    RTT icon
    .

End an RTT Call

  1. While on a call, tap
    End call
     to end the call.
