Customize Your Home Screen

Personalizing the Home screen on your DuraForce PRO 3 makes daily tasks easier. Add, remove or arrange apps, use widgets or set a wallpaper that matches your style.

Add Apps

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Touch and hold an app.
  3. Drag and drop the shortcut to the preferred Home screen.

Add Widgets

  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
  2. Tap
    Widgets
    .
  3. Select an app then touch and hold a widget.
  4. Drag the widget to the preferred Home screen then release.
  5. If applicable, tap additional options to activate the widget.

Add / Remove Folders

  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold an app (e.g., Calendar).
  2. Drag the app onto another app (e.g., Gmail) then release it.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To rename the folder:
      1. Tap the folder.
      2. Tap
        Edit Name
         at the bottom of the open folder.
      3. Enter a name then tap the
        Checkmark icon
         in the lower right.
    • To remove a folder:
      1. Drag the app(s) out of an existing folder until the folder disappears.

Remove Apps / Widgets

  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold the item (e.g., widget, app, etc.).
  2. Drag the item to Remove at the top of the screen then release it.

Set Wallpaper

  1. Touch and hold a blank space on a Home screen.
  2. Tap
    Wallpaper & style
    .
  3. Tap
    Change wallpaper
    .
  4. Select the desired wallpaper category from the available folders (e.g., My photos, Landscapes, etc.).
  5. Select an image, then from the Preview screen tap
    Set wallpaper
    .
  6. Tap to select which screens to apply the wallpaper then tap
    Set
    .
    • Lock screen
    • Home screens
