Common Camera Settings

Refer to this info for basic operation and advanced settings (e.g., flash, timer, front / rear camera, etc.) for the camera on your DuraForce PRO 3.

Before you begin

For additional support, refer to the Camera section of the user guide.

Zoom Slider

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. Tap one of the following on the Zoom Slider to adjust the angle:
    • 1.0x
      : Activates main camera
    • 0.6x
      : Activated wide-angle camera

Switch Camera

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Switch camera icon
     to determine which camera to use:
    • Rear facing camera
    • Front facing camera

Flash

  1. Open the
    Camera icon
    .
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon
     then select a Flash option:
    • Off
    • On
    • Auto
    • Light

Shot Mode

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. From the 'Camera Menu Bar' section, tap the preferred mode:
    To view additional modes, scroll to the far right then tap
    More
    .
    • Night
    • Portrait
    • Photo
    • Video

HDR

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Settings icon
    More settings
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto HDR switch
     to turn on or off.

Self Timer

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon
     then select an option:
  3. From the Self timer section, select an option:
    • Off
    • 2 seconds
    • 5 seconds
    • 10 seconds

Storage Location

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Settings icon
    More settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Storage
     to select the storage location.
    • Phone
    • SD card
