TCL 40 XE 5G - Clear App Cache

Here's how to clear temporary storage on your TCL 40 XE 5G to improve performance.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To clear Individual app cache:
      1. Navigate:
        Apps
        View all apps
        .
      2. Tap the applicable app then tap
        Storage & cache
        .
      3. Tap
        CLEAR CACHE
        .
        This option may not be available for some apps.
    • To clear all cached data:
      1. Tap
        Storage
        .
        If an SD / memory card is inserted, tap
        Internal shared storage
        .
      2. Tap
        Free up space
         then select the applicable apps from the list.
      3. Tap
        Clean MB
         in the lower right.
      4. Tap
        CLEAR
        .
