Removing an email account you no longer use can help streamline notifications and improve organization on your Galaxy S23 / S23+ / S23 Ultra.

Before you begin

If you need assistance with removing a corporate email account, contact your Exchange® / IT admin.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Select the applicable email address.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. To confirm, review the notification then tap
    Remove account
    .
