Configure S Pen Settings

The S Pen™ offers useful features (e.g., Air Command, Quick Notes, etc.), which you can customize to make navigating your Galaxy S23 Ultra and taking notes more convenient.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Advanced features
    S Pen
    .
  3. From the main section, tap any of the following to turn on or off then confirgure as preferred:
    • Screen off memo
    • Quick create notes
    • Air view
    • Show pointer when hovering
    • Allow multiple S Pens
    • Keep S Pen connected
  4. From the Air command section, tap
    Shortcuts
     then select the desired option(s).
  5. Tap the
    Back arrow
     to return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap the
    Floating icon switch
     to turn on or off.
  7. From the Removal section, do any of the following:
    • Tap
      When S Pen is removed
       then select an option (e.g., Open Air command, Create note, Do nothing).
    • Tap
      Warn if S Pen is left behind
       to turn on or off.
  8. From the Feedback section, tap any of the following to turn on or off:
    • Sound
    • Vibration
