Block / Unblock NumbersBlocking certain numbers on your Galaxy A14 5G stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.
Before you begin
Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the block list are automatically ignored. The call is forwarded to Voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.
Steps
- Open thePhone app.
- Tap the3-dot Menu.
- TapSettingsthen tapBlock numbers.
- Do any of the following:
- To add a block:
- To add a number, tap one of the following:
- Add phone number, enter the phone number then tap theAdd icon.
- From the Recents tab, select the name or phone number then tapDone.
- From Contacts, select the contact then tapDone.
- To remove a block:
- Tap theRemove iconlocated to the right of the number.
