Here's how to unblock the SIM PIN for your LINKZONE 5G UW.

If your SIM card has been blocked, view this info to unblock it on your LINKZONE 5G UW.

The PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) is utilized to reset a blocked SIM card.

Standard Service accounts
: Obtain the PUK via the My Verizon website before proceeding.

Prepaid accounts
: Contact customer service to get the PUK before proceeding.

From the Network Settings section, click the

Navigation arrow

(lower-right).

From the Mobile Network section (left-panel), click

SIM/PIN Management

Enter the appropriate info into the following fields:

If an invalid PUK is entered too many times, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.

Enter PUK

New SIM/PIN

Confirm SIM/PIN

Click

Save
