Turn Bluetooth On / Off

Follow these steps to turn Bluetooth® for your One Talk T5xW series IP desk phone on or off and make it visible to other devices for pairing.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, do one of the following:
    • For the T53W model:
      1. Navigate:
        Menu
        Settings
        Basic
        Bluetooth
        .
      2. Use the
        left and right arrow keys
         or press the
        Switch soft key
         to turn Bluetooth on or off then press
        Save
        .
      3. To connect a wireless headset:
        1. Press
          Scan
           to search for available Bluetooth devices.
        2. Select the appropriate Bluetooth headset then press
          Connect
          .
        3. Enter the device's Bluetooth PIN.
        4. Press
          OK
          .
    • For the T54W model:
      1. Navigate:
        Menu
        Basic
        Bluetooth
        .
      2. Use the
        left and right arrow keys
         or press the
        Switch soft key
         to turn Bluetooth on or off then press
        Save
        .
      3. To connect a wireless headset:
        1. Press
          Scan
           to search for available devices.
        2. Select the appropriate Bluetooth headset then press
          Connect
          .
        3. Enter the device's Bluetooth PIN.
        4. Press
          OK
          .
    • For the T57W model:
      1. Navigate:
        Menu
        Basic
        Bluetooth
        .
      2. Use the
        On / Off radio buttons
         to turn Bluetooth on or off.
      3. To connect a wireless headset:
        1. Tap
          Scan
           to search for available devices.
        2. Select the appropriate Bluetooth headset then tap
          Connect
          .
        3. Enter the device's Bluetooth PIN.
        4. Tap
          OK
