One Talk T41S/SW & T42S IP Desk Phones
Set Up Intercom Key

In order to use the intercom feature on your One Talk T41S/SW or T42S IP desk phone, a line key must be set up for it. If you've already enabled intercom, follow these instructions to map an intercom key.

Steps

From the idle screen, press and hold an empty line key.

From the Type field, use the

Switch soft key

or the

left and right arrow keys

to select

Intercom

Press the

Down arrow key

to scroll to other fields, enter the appropriate info then press

Save

If left blank, the phone prompts for an extension number when making an intercom call.
