One Talk CP960 IP Conference Phone
Place a Conference Call

The conference call function on your One Talk CP960 IP conference phone lets you talk with multiple people simultaneously so up to 6 parties can participate in the same conversation.

Before you begin

Each additional call must be initiated by the person who placed the first call.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, tap
    Dial
    .
  2. Tap
    Call multiple members? Click here >>
    .
  3. Enter the number of the first party then tap
    Add members
     or select a contact from the directory or history.
    The avatar of the first party appears on the touch screen; tap the avatar to cancel adding this party.
  4. Repeat step 3 until all parties are added (up to 6 total).
  5. Tap the
    Call icon
     to call all parties at once.
    The conference is set up after all intended parties answer the call.
