Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk CP960 IP conference phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, navigate:
    Settings
    Advanced
    .
  2. Enter the Admin password then tap
    Done
    .
    Default password: admin
  3. Tap
    Reset Config
    .
  4. Tap
    Reset to Factory Settings
    .
  5. Tap
    OK
     to confirm.
  6. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
  7. From the 911 notification screen, tap
    OK
    .
