Add a Samsung Account

Follow these instructions to add a Samsung account to your Galaxy Watch5 / Watch5 Pro.

Before you begin

A new Samsung account can't be created from the watch, you can sign in or create an account using your companion phone.

If the Samsung ID credentials can't be remembered, they can be retrieved or reset.

From the watch screen, open the

Settings app

Tap

Accounts and backup

Tap

Samsung account

then follow the instructions to sign in.

From your Android™ smartphone, ensure the Galaxy Wearable app is installed and updated.

Tap

Watch settings

Tap

Account and backup

Tap

Samsung Account

then follow the instructions to sign in or create an account.
