Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    General
    Reset
    .
  3. Review the message regarding mobile plans then tap one of the following:
    • Remove all mobile plans
    • Next
  4. Tap
    Reset
     to confirm.
