Stop Running Apps

When an app on your Pixel 6a misbehaves, try stopping it. This can fix temporary software issues by closing the app rather than sending it to the background.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap
    See all apps
    .
  4. Select an app.
  5. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  6. Review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
