Report spam calls and text messages directly from your Apple® iPhone®. Using native SMS/Call Reporting lets you flag numbers instantly without opening the Verizon Protect app.

Before you begin

Calls and text messages identified by Verizon as intentional spam or fraud are silenced, not displayed, and are automatically sent to voicemail. The Verizon Protect app must be installed for full functionality.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Messages app

  2. Tap the message you want to report.
  3. Tap
    Report Message

  4. Tap 
    Spam

    Not spam
