Keeping the correct date and time on your moto g stylus 5G ensures alarms, calendar and reminders are delivered correctly. Change if the time is incorrect.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Date & time
    .
  3. To use network-provided values, tap the following to turn on:
    • Use network-provided time
    • Use network-provided time zone
    • Use locale default
  4. To manually set the date and time, make sure the Use network-provided time and Use network-provided time zone are turned off then do the following:
    1. Tap
      Date
      .
    2. Adjust the date then tap
      OK
      .
    3. Tap
      Time
      .
    4. Adjust the time then tap
      OK
      .
    5. Tap
      Time zone
      .
    6. Tap
      Region
       then select the appropriate region from the list.
    7. Tap
      Time zone
       then select a time zone from the list.
  5. If desired, tap
    Use 24-hour format
    .
    You must turn off Use locale default to manually adjust this setting.
