Add a Personal / Corporate Email AccountFollow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3 or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your moto g stylus 5G that's not serviced by Gmail™.
Add a Personal Email Account
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal IMAP, Personal POP3, etc.).
- Enter your email address then tapNext.
- Enter the Password then tapNext.
- If presented with Terms & Conditions or a Privacy statement, review then tapYesto continue.
- If presented, enter the applicable info (e.g., Username, Password, Security type, etc.) then tapNext.If presented, tapAdvancedto ensure the certificate is valid then tapProceed anywayto continue.
- Configure account options as needed then tapNext.
- Enter an account name if desired then tapNext.
Add a Corporate Email Account
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapExchange.
- Enter your corporate email address then tapNext.
- Enter your password then tapNext.
- If automatic setup is unsuccessful, tapSet up manuallythen if needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin for support on:
- Email address
- Server address
- Domain
- Port number
- Username
- Password
- Activate device administration
- Sync options (e.g., Email, Contacts, Calendar)
