Checking your signal level can help you understand and troubleshoot call quality, data connection speed and whether network issues are affecting your Internet Gateway.

Steps

  1. Access the router admin page then click
    Status
    .
    The Status page can also be accessed from the left menu by navigating:
    Status
    System Status
    .
  2. Scroll down to the Modem section, then view either the 4G LTE Signal Strength or the 5G Signal Strength.
