Use Video Calling to connect with friends, family or colleagues using your Galaxy A13. If you can't make or receive video calls, make sure the setting is on.

Before you begin

To ensure Video Calling works properly, use the SIM card included with the device.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap the
    Video Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  5. If presented, review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
