Manage Do Not Disturb SettingsDo Not Disturb (DND) silences calls and alerts, letting only urgent ones through. If your Galaxy A13 isn't receiving calls or messages, check settings or disable DND.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- Do either of the following:
- To activate / deactivate immediately, tap theDo not disturb switchto turn on or off.
- To manage a Do not disturb schedule, tap the switch to the right of the preferred schedule(s) to turn on or off.To create a new schedule, tapAdd schedule.To edit an existing schedule, tap the schedule name then configure as desired (e.g., Days, Start time, etc.).
- From the Allowed during Do not disturb section, tapCalls and messages.
- TapCallsthen select the preferred option (e.g., All, Contacts only, etc.).
- TapMessagesthen select the preferred option (e.g., All, Contacts only, etc.).
- Tap theBack arrow iconto return to the previous screen.
- TapAlarms and Sounds.
- Tap the preferred items to turn sounds and vibrations (e.g., Alarms, Media sound, Touch sound, etc.) on or off.
- Tap theBack arrow iconto return to the previous screen.
- TapHide notificationsthen tap the preferred notification setting to turn on or off.
