Certain pre-installed apps on your Galaxy A13 can't be removed. Disabling them can free up space and declutter your device, while enabling them returns functionality.

Before you begin

Disabling an app may cause related apps to malfunction.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Perform one of the following:
    • To disable apps:
      1. Tap the preferred app.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         then tap
        Disable app
         to confirm.
        If the Disable option isn't available, tap
        Force stop
         then tap
        OK
        .
      3. If prompted to 'Replace this app with the factory version', tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • To enable apps:
      1. Tap the preferred app.
      2. Tap
        Turn on
         to enable the app.
