Blocking certain numbers on your Galaxy A13 stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Settings
     then tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. Do any of the following:
    • To add a block, do one of the following:
      1. Tap
        Add phone number
        , enter the phone number then tap the
        Add icon
        .
      2. Tap
        Recents
        , select the applicable name or phone number then tap
        Done
        .
      3. Tap
        Contacts
        , select the applicable contact then tap
        Done
        .
    • To remove a block:
      1. Tap the
        Remove icon
         located to the right of the number.
