Adjust Account Sync Settings

Adjusting the sync settings on your Galaxy A13 helps manage app updates, improve performance, conserve battery and control data usage.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on or off.
    Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap the switch(es) for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync, tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
     then tap
    Sync now
    .
