Manage Notifications

Toggle call notifications on or off in the Verizon Protect app so you can eliminate unwanted interruptions or make sure you never miss an important alert.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Protect app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Services
    Call Filter
    .
  3. Select the
    Settings tab
    .
  4. From the Call Filter notifications section, tap the
    Identified number alert switch
     to turn on or off.
    Notifications are turned on by default.
