Steps

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Manager.

From the Account overview page, navigate:

My plan

Blocks

Select the appropriate mobile number.

Select

Block services

Select

Messaging

Purchases

Additional Services

to expand then select any of the switches to turn blocks on or off.
