MOTOROLA EDGE 5G UW - Turn App Permissions On / Off

Here's how to turn permissions for installed apps on your motorola edge 5G UW on or off.
App permissions give you the ability to customize and control which capabilities you give apps. You can pick and choose which permissions to grant apps at the time of use.
  • Downloaded apps designed for Android™ only ask for permission the first time you use a feature rather than asking for permissions out of context.
  • Turning off certain permissions may result in basic features no longer working as intended.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the middle to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap
    See all 'xx' apps
    .
  4. Tap the appropriate app.
  5. Tap
    Permissions
    .
  6. Tap the appropriate permission type to modify (e.g., Body Sensors, Microphone, Location, etc.).
  7. From the selected permission, tap any of the available apps (e.g., Google Play Services, My Verizon, etc.) then select 'Allow' or 'Deny'.
The image below is an example.
