Use facial recognition on your moto g pure to secure your device and personal info. If you decide to switch methods, you can delete your face data anytime.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Security
    Face unlock
    .
  3. Enter the current PIN, pattern or password..
  4. Do one of the following:
    • For first-time setup:
      1. Tap
        Set up
        .
      2. Review the info about face unlock then tap
        Set up
        .
      3. Align your face within the circle and follow onscreen prompts until the process is complete.
    • To remove face data:
      1. Tap
        Delete face data
        .
      2. To confirm, review the disclaimer then tap
        Delete
        .
