If your moto g pure is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.

Before you begin

If the device memory is full, apps can be uninstalled and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Storage
    .
  3. Tap the
    Dropdown menu
     then select one of the following:
  4. View the used space (e.g., System, Apps, Games, Images, etc.).
    If an SD / memory card is inserted, tap
    SD card
     at the bottom then view the Available space.
