Adjusting the sync settings on your moto g pure helps manage app updates, improve performance, conserve battery and control data usage.

Before you begin

Turning off auto sync prevents accounts from automatically refreshing your data and sending notifications.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Passwords & accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Automatically sync app data switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. Select the applicable account or email address.
  5. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  6. Turn the sync settings on or off as applicable.
    To perform a manual sync, tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then tap
    Sync now
    .
