Install Arlo App

Here's how to download and install the Arlo app to your Android or Apple device.

Android

Supported on Android™ smartphones and tablets running 5.0 or higher.
  1. Open the
    Play Store
     Play store icon.
    To access the Google Play™ Store, a Gmail™ account is required.
    If presented, review the Google Play Terms of Service then tap
    Accept
     to continue.
  2. Tap the
    Google Play search bar
     then enter Arlo.
  3. Tap
    Arlo
    .
  4. Tap
    Install
    .
  5. If prompted, review the required app permissions then tap
    Accept
    .

iOS

Supported on Apple® iPhones® running iOS 11.0 or higher and iPads® running iPadOS 11.0 or higher.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    App Store
     .
  2. Tap
    Search
    .
  3. Enter 'Arlo' in the search bar then tap
    Search
    .
  4. Tap
    Get
    .
  5. If prompted, tap
    Install
    .
  6. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID to complete the download.
    An Apple ID is required for app downloads; it's the email address associated with the account.

    If you have Face ID enabled, double-tap the
    Side button
     then look at your screen to verify.
