TCL TAB Pro 5G - Adjust Volume

Here's how to manage volume controls if your TAB Pro 5G doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving messages or other notifications.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Sound and vibration
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    Drag the slider left or right to adjust the level. If unavailable, ensure the Do not disturb switch and the 'Mute all sounds' switch are turned off.
    • Notification volume
    • Media volume
    • Alarm volume
  4. Tap the
    Silent mode switch
     to turn on or off.
To turn off all sounds, navigate:
Settings
Accessibility
 then tap the
Mute all sounds switch
 to turn on.
