If your FLIP Pro is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.
The memory capacity of this device is 4GB (built-in, flash-shared memory). Supports an expandable microSD card up to 32GB.
  1. From the main screen, press the
    OK button

    Use the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.
  2. Select
    Settings
    .
  3. Navigate to the 'Storage' section.
  4. View desired storage location:
    If the device memory is full, you can move pictures or videos to an SD / memory card, a computer or remove them from the device.
