Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your Galaxy Tab A7 Lite to crash, reset or run slowly.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Filter and sort icon
     Filter and sort then tap
    Show system apps
    .
  4. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  5. Review the message then tap
    OK
