If your Galaxy Tab A7 Lite crashes, resets or runs slowly or apps freeze or cause the device to reset, view this info.
Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g. ringtones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), aren't affected; however, the device automatically restarts to apply any changes.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    General management
    Reset
    Reset all settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Tap
    Reset
     to confirm.
