Merging your Verizon IDs via the My Verizon website creates a single point of access for your wireless and home services, making it more efficient to keep track of your accounts.

Steps

  1. From a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:
    Profile & settings
    One Verizon ID
    Combine
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • If you already set up sign in credentials for your Home account:
      1. Select
        Yes
        .
      2. Enter your Home Primary Account Holder credentials in the User ID and Password fields then select
        Confirm
        .
    • If you haven't already set up sign in credentials for your Home account, select
      No
       then follow the onscreen steps to register your Home service.
