moto g power - Install Device Software Updates

Software updates improve performance, fix bugs and enhance security. Installing them helps keep your moto g power safe and running efficiently.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    System updates
    .
  3. From the System update screen, tap
    Check for new system update
    .
  4. If prompted, tap
    OK
    .
  5. If an update is available, tap
    Download
    .
    If prompted with 'Everything looks good', tap
    Got it
    . No update is necessary.
If the device gets stuck in the boot-up process after installing an update, a factory data reset is required. Make sure the Google™ credentials are known prior to doing the reset as they are required to complete the reset process.
