Link / Unlink ContactsYour Galaxy A02s lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.
Before you begin
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.
Steps
- Open theContacts app.
- Do one of the following:
- To link contacts:
- Tap the3-line Menu.
- TapManage contacts.
- TapMerge contacts.
- Select the preferred option to merge by duplicate Number, Email or Name.
- To unlink contacts:
- Tap a linked contact.
- TapStorage locations.
- TapUnlinkto the right of the contact(s).
