Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3, or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy A02s that is not serviced by Gmail.

Before you begin

Corporate email settings are not maintained by Verizon. Refer customer to Exchange/IT admin for additional assistance.

Add Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Select the applicable account type (e.g., Email, Personal IMAP, Personal POP3, etc.).
  4. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. Configure the account sync frequency then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Exchange (for corporate email accounts)
    .
  4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  5. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Manual setup
     then select the applicable options.
